A new, simple and easy recipe on the block! Berry chia pudding!

It’s wholesome and delish!!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed berries.
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds.
  • 2 tablespoons of oats
  • 40 ml of plant based milk
  • 100 ml of water.
  • A choice of sweetener or syrup (to sweeten)

 

Method:

  1. Just pop everything into a blender and blend till everything is smooth.
  2. Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes thick and soft berry chia pudding is ready.

 

Enjoy it as breakfast or as a snack in between.
