Here’s a MUST try: ORANGE BIRCHER!

I absolutely love giving this beautiful thing to many of my clients and they love it. It is so different and refreshing from many different kinds of Birchers we’ve been having. It’s citrusy, it’s sweet and tangy, it’s light on the tummy, healthy for our heart, soothing for our tummy, good for the eye, pancreatic health and even intestinal lining.

So simple to make

This is what I have used for one serving:

  • 15 grams of oats.
  • 2 tablespoons of chia (you could use bit more oats and lil less chia as well)
  • 1 cup of almond milk, a lil diluted.
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup.
  • 1 cup of chopped orange.

 

That’s it.

Refrigerate all of them together overnight. And consume next day!
