Here’s MY version of french toast

It is so yummy. Slightly low calories and fibre rich. Here’s how I make them.


  • 2 whole wheat slices of bread.
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon bourbon vanilla powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil


  1. Use a large bowl and add the milk to it
  2. Then add the maple syrup, teaspoon of vanilla powder.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Slice the bread into squares and lightly dip both sides in the milk base.
  5. Use a cooking brush to lightly oil a flat pan and make these decadent beauties till light brown.
  6. Once cooked add little cinnamon on top.

Eat Healthy, and dig right in!
