Pea and Asparagus soup for everyone!

Warm, creamy and smooth. It is delicious! Here’s why I recommend soups .

  1. They are rich in fibre (better intestinal health)
  2. High sources of fluids in your body (combats water retention and releases toxins)
  3. Retains nutritional values higher than other sources of cooked food
  4. Higher satiety and fullness after consumption (while being low on calories: amazing for weight loss)

What’s the ingredients here you ask?

  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup chopped asparagus
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/4 cup garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of oats (to creamify, trust me you won’t miss butter, while getting healthy fats in)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Bring to boil till asparagus and pea have completely softened.

Once cooked. Blend.

And DONE. It’s my favorite one. I highly recommend it because it comes with your daily dose of fibre (good stools); Vitamins A, C and K for daily dose.
