Triplet Toasties!

So, this is considered the ideal “fitness nutrition” meal I’d say. So many people in the fitness industry would propagate protein bread, avocado toast, peanut butter and banana toast, trust me.

Well it’s not completely unhealthy, but let me add it’s not the right choice of food for so many of us.

Why? You may ask?

Well for starters even though those are the outrageous “good fats” that you see put here, arent really meant for everyone. If I have to put it in a culturally or region sensitive context, this is more of a mediterranean “diet” (such a dreaded word these days), which in recent years has gained fad momentum.

Just to take an example from many other areas, for an average Asian this is just not the staple, which means there will be no sustainability in the long run and if you’re an asian on such a “diet” chances are higher you will go back to craving crazy things that you never even craved for before.

This kinda meal, once in a while is great. Well, I can go on and on but then I want to stop because there is no end to it.

So, the recipe goes like:

1st toastie

  • peanut butter,
  • banana
  • some strawberry
  • cinnamon

2nd toastie 

  • smashed avo
  • lots of cayenne pepper

3rd toastie

  • avocado 
  • mixed herbs  
  • crushed pepper.
