It’s a chia pudding kinda day: tastes so yummy and is extremely healthy. I love it.
This is where your search ends for a good chia pudding recipe. I’ve specially created a wholesome goodie for you today that not only helps your digestion but it nutrient dense.

Ingredients:
- Fresh homemade coconut milk (or use any other milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (it puff up)
- 2-3 Raspberries
- 2-3 Blueberries
- 2-3 Cherries
Method:
You could mix them all up with little maple syrup or honey or agavé to have it as shown.
Or have it a blended pudding (that’s what I recommend some of my clients too)?
