Breakfast oats with a twist!

Overnight cacao oats for brekkie is something that EVERYONE should try. IT IS SO EASY. I flew back home late last night and I didn’t wanna stress too much the next morning, for my breakfast.

So I quickly put the oats out. I had to go for my workout in the morning and had a lot of work planned for the day. So getting organized with my meals helps.

The process:

  • Just keep the oats in almond milk or water overnight
  • Add raw cacao (which is absolutely sugar free) either overnight or in the morning.
  • Add a few berries or even banana for the sweetness.
  • If you prefer sweeter version may be a little drizzle of honey is OK (but that’s not for everyone).
