Chocolate brownies that are healthy?

Who wants these healthy, gluten free, sugar free, dairy free, egg free artificial ingredients free, chocolate and walnut brownies? Before I went on my health journey, I didn’t know how to cook. But, I knew I how to bake! And my chocolate cakes and brownies were the talk of the town. I loved baking so many things back then. They were all unhealthy, really. This one is absolute bliss. I think it would make a perfect dish to be included in your christmas menu. Of course, you need to have an open mind about it since its sweet but without sugar really and sans gluten (which makes the texture different.) Healthy as it may be, it is still an indulgence, so, one is enough!

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • Quinoa flour and oats flour
  • Raw cacao or cocoa powder
  • The flour and cacao powder ratio is 3:2:.5.
  • Big bowl of homemade date paste (blended in almond milk or regular milk if you want, so that its a paste).

Method:

  1. Add the paste to the flour mixture.
  2. Whip it for 5 minutes.
  3. Add some crushed walnuts.
  4. Preheat the oven on 250.
  5. Then decrease to lowest and bake until texture is hard and a fork goes right through
