Mangoes are the best!

They are so yummy and they are so good for my skin, your gut, helping break down proteins, it’s an awesome colon cleanser. Oh! And so good for uterine health, lowering insulin levels too. Anyway, I can go on and on about the benefits. But what about the recipe then?


  • Half of palm sized mango (about 1 cup chopped).
  • Pinch of saffron.
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons of oats.


  • Blend it in a blender for 5 minutes until smooth.

Voila! It’s ready! If you know me, I don’t add sugar (the mango itself is so sweet that I really don’t feel the need)
