Oats, oats, OATS!

I tried something so wholesome and little different (from my routine) today. My breakfast was spiced buckwheat porridge with nibs and berries. So this is an awesome, healthy and super filling meal. Breakfast being my first meal I always try to keep it rich (it’s become a lifestyle choice given the way I work).


  • 1/2 cup buckwheat groats
  • 2 tablespoons of oats
  • 2 tablespoons of almond milk and little water
  • With 2 cloves
  • 2 cardamom pods
  • 1 pod of vanilla.

My method:

  • Simply cooked until the groats were soft and smooth.

The flavours are so amazing and it feels amazing to eat this.

Would’ve made a lovely winter morning dish. But in my cold and cosy home, I could have it as it.

Try this folks! Its vegan. Gluten-free AND dairy free.
