5 minute breakfast on the double!

One meal that I absolutely love and look forward to is my breakfast. Since the time I made my fresh batch of almond milk I’ve been eating bircher (overnight oats) every morning. It is so creamy and yummy that I’ve been sold on it.

Literally, doesn’t take more than 5 minutes to make. So, healthy on the go


  • 1 tablespoon of chia,
  • 5 tablespoons of oats (mine were whole rolled, you could use steel cut).
  • Add raspberry and blueberry.


  • Let it rest overnight in the fridge.
  • And voila!

Yumminess is ready to eat. It’s creamy and delicious and literally.
